eBay Tasks You Should Do Daily
Whether you are a power seller or a sometimes seller, there are several tasks you should do daily, or at least weekly, to ensure your eBay business runs smoothly. You could check many things in your eBay account, but these are the top three things I check often so that I don’t fall behind on the small tasks that matter.
Important eBay Tasks
Orders– Check the status of the orders you’ve sent out to make sure they are moving along in the shipping system or have arrived at the buyer. You can do this by going to My eBay-Selling-Orders-All Orders. You can see the tracking information and tell whether or not the buyer has received the item.
Feedback– All sellers love getting feedback; this is also where you can leave feedback for your buyers. You can do this by going to My eBay-Selling-Orders-All Orders. Click on the drop-down menu on All Orders and select Shipped-Awaiting Your Feedback. Leaving feedback for your buyers should be a top priority.
Additionally, check the feedback you receive as a seller. Go to the eBay home page and hover over the “Hi, Your Name!” button in the top left-hand corner. You will see your feedback count. You can click on it to ensure you have no negative feedback that needs to be resolved with the buyer. You always want to make sure the buyer is happy.
Offers—Go to My eBay Selling Listings, and under the Send Offers tab, check to see if you can send an offer to potential buyers. Sometimes, dropping the price by a dollar or more can motivate a potential buyer to buy your item. Everyone loves a discount!
